任静光，字幽明、渊亮，笔名（艺名）有石牛、任远等，1962年出生于浙江省宁波市慈城镇。中国杰出国画艺术家、书画高级研究员、国家一级美术师、中国国务国宾礼特供艺术家。今为《中国邮册》邮品设计艺术顾问、北京将相红色文化交流中心特邀艺术家兼“传承红色基因形象大使”、北京京华阁书画院副院长、中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会会员、中国美协会员、中国楹联学会会员、中楹联书艺研究会常务理事兼书画专家、中国民建会艺专委理事会副主席兼客座教授、中国书画家联谊会新工委《新文艺》编委、中国教育电视台水墨丹青书画院会员、宁波海曙区书画院画师等。国画作品数十次参加国内外展览并有获奖，被国内文化机构、博物馆、档案馆、企业和国内外友人所珍藏。
